We do need to recruit trainers and team members on-demand depending on the nature of the projects. This opportunity is a short-term contract depending on the duration of the assignment we have. We conduct research in many areas including but not limited to;

Common qualifications we need for team members

• Must be masters graduate from University
• Ability to communicate in Swahili and English
• Good writing skills and ability to produce reports
• Experience of at least 5 years in conducting research assignments
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Self-commitment and adhering to research ethics
• Ability to mage the team of researchers
• Understanding Tanzanian research procedures and government protocols
• Knowledge with digital data collection technologies (optional)
• Experience in capacity building programs

 Common tasks of the team members

• Design and develop data collection tools
• Prepare research methodologies
• Prepare inception report/note
• Conduct training to research assistants
• To supervise the data collection activity on the field
• To review data on a daily basis for quality assurance
• To produce a sound field report
• To work with other team members to develop a final research/evaluation report
• To conduct training for our customers in case of Trainer

• Experience in qualitative data collection methods in rural and urban areas

• Must have knowledge with digital data collection platforms such as CSPro, Survey CTO

Common tasks of research assistants are;

• Participating in training
• Create contact with government officials (WEO, VEO, Project partners, Beneficiaries & Respondents)
• Travel to fields or sites for data collection
• Obtain consents and conduct a one-to-one interview with android tablets
